The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on the summit of a dome-topped hill with extensive panoramic views. Circular site (int. diam. 17.9m N-S; max. ext. diam. 21m N-S) defined by an earthen bank and internal fosse (int. D 0.5-0.6m; Wth 2.7m). The bank (int. H 1.1m; ext. H 0.9-1m) consists mainly of earth and may have been retouched recently as the edges are very sharp and regular. The interior of the site is flat and is crossed by five lazy-beds. There is a causeway (Wth 1.8m) at the E opposite which two large boulders form an outer facing to the bank. A trigonometrical station is set on the bank immediately N of this point. Marked as an enclosure on the first edition OS 6-inch map. (Robinson 1937, 305-6)

The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wicklow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
