The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a gentle SE-facing slope. The 'Lis' mentioned by Kinahan (1884, 224) is a circular mound (diam. 21m; H 1.2m at N (upslope) - 3.5m at S (downslope)) once planted with large trees of which only the stumps survive; now being replanted with conifers. The top of the mound is flat (diam. 14m)
