The National Monuments Service's description

A possible bullaun stone apparently formed part of one of the dividing walls at a holy well site (WI034-018----). There was no visible trace of the stone when the holy well was inspected in 1990 (SMR file; Grogan and Kilfeather 1997, 167, No. 1058). Its current location is unknown.
