The National Monuments Service's description
Price (1980, 21) mentions a reference to a mill here in 1606. The bridge here has a plaque which reads 'Greenan Bridge, AD 1844, Samuel Evans Builder'. There is no trace of an earlier structure, and no trace of the mill.
