The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a gentle SW-facing slope overlooking a stream and a holy well (WI028-005----) 80m to the SW. Pear-shaped enclosure (dims. 70m NE-SW; 50m NW-SE) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3.8-4.5m; H 0.45m). There is a subrectangular granite font with subrectangular basin and drain-hole within the enclosure.
