The National Monuments Service's description
Bullaun 4 in Lickeen is largely buried in the ground, on its side and not in situ. It is within an area where other boulders have been buried, underneath a thorn tree. Only a small portion of the stone is visible and unobscured. It consists of a granite boulder. Two small arcs of two separate basins can be made out on two different ends of the stone, indicating that this consists of two opposing bowls, carved on two different ends of the stone. The stone would need to be uprooted in order to gain any measurements of this stone or the bowls.
