The National Monuments Service's description

National Monument in state ownership No. 134. Situated north of Poulanass Brook, opposite Reefert Church. The surviving S, W and N walls of a small church (dims. 10.85m x 6.35m) with a door at the W end of the S wall (max. H of walls c. lm). Leask recorded two small rude crosses fixed in W wall; one of these is missing according to Healy (1972, 3). (Leask 1950, 14)
