The National Monuments Service's description

Unlocated cross-slab (29 August 2005). This is Healy's No. 228, 'located E of 'The Cathedral'' (WI023-008003-). Described by Healy (1972, 90) as 'an irregular slab of mica-schist 0.85m x 0.5m x 0.05m thick. It bears an incised outlined Latin cross the limbs of which are slightly expanded, and the head of which are slightly expanded, and the head and shaft of which are rounded at the extremities'.
