The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on a steep N-facing slope. A grass-covered gravel mound (dims. 11m N-S; 10m E-W; max. H 1.1m ), slightly slumped at N where it may possibly have been cut by a now levelled field boundary which ran on an E-W axis. A relatively straight line of four orthostats (max H 0.75m) possibly forms a kerb NE->ENE. A large quartz boulder has been dumped on the mound at WSW. At WNW a quartz orthostat (Wth 0.7m; T 0.2m; H 0.6m) inclines outwards.
