The National Monuments Service's description

Found during landscaping works c. 30m NE of a Portal tomb (WI007-033----) and subsequently moved to beside the tomb. A rounded granite boulder (diams. 1.15m; 1.05m; T 0. 65m) with a series of weathered cup marks and small pock marks carved into it. There are some six reasonably well-defined, though shallow (D 1.5cm) cup marks (av. diams. 5-6cm). Other crude hollows may be weathered cup marks, while several smaller indentations appear to represent pock marks. There are also a series of plough marks suggesting that this was formerly an earthfast boulder with only a small portion of the stone exposed above the ground surface.
