The National Monuments Service's description

The OS Letters (O' Flanagan 1928, 27) describe a second cross alongside WI007-026002- as follows: 'There is a piece of a stone, 2 feet six inches long, nine inches wide and five thick lying at the foot of the cross, having one end shaped for the purpose of filling a round hole or mortice, .... This was another cross, but the arms or circle was broken off and probably for the purpose of what is called a cap stone under a rick or stack of corn.' The present location of this cross is unknown.
