The National Monuments Service's description
On reasonably level ground forming a natural terrace on a N-facing slope of mountain grazing. A circular area (diam. c. 7.5m) enclosed by a stone wall (Wth 0.9m) which is largely concealed beneath a cover of blanket bog. Some of the large stones appear to form a crude inner and outer facing in places.
