The National Monuments Service's description

Located on a knoll on a N-facing slope overlooking the estuary of the Blackwater River, just the NW. The parish church of Kinsallabeg (WA040A001001-) is within a rectangular graveyard (WA040A001002-). An early 17th-century graveslab with a Latin inscription commemorating Elizabeth, the daughter of Sir Edward Harris of Ardmore and Youghal, and the wife of a Lancaster, precentor of Lismore in 1616 (Power 1898a, 200-201), can no longer be found in the graveyard.
