The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a gentle E-facing slope with sea cliffs c. 240m to the SE. This is a stone with a rectangular cross-section (dims. 0.7m x 0.35m; H 1.2m) oriented NE-SW, which has been damaged at the top. The possible standing stone (WA036-026----) is c. 200m to the W.
The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
