The National Monuments Service's description

A number of urns were discovered in the Ring/Old Parish area in the 1870s. At least two were discovered in cists close to each other during 1873, and there was evidence of a hearth (WA036-019002-) nearby (Anon. 1874-5, 436-7, 481). A vase urn and a sherd of another from this discovery are preserved in the National Musuem of Ireland. (Waddell 1990, 146; O Ríordáin and Waddell (1993, 139).

Anon. (1874-5) Porceedings. JRSAI, vol. 13, 95-105, 151-82, 238-84, 367-80, 433-9, 475-86.
