The National Monuments Service's description

Located in the NW angle of Aglish church (WA034-003001-). Power (1898a, 205) records a graveslab of Edward Ryan that was buried in the NW angle of the church. It had a 'floriated' cross, and the largely indecipherable inscription was on two sides of the stone and in panels at the foot of the cross. It is not visible now.
