The National Monuments Service's description
A house and barn are marked on a Bateman map of 1717 at Kilbeg Upper or Kilbeg Lower (NLI: ms. 6148, 17) at the end of a NW-SE lane, but the N-S public road now separating the townlands was not extant. They remain unlocated.
