The National Monuments Service's description

Located within the fosse of promontory fort (WA032-028001-). Westropp (1906, 250) discovered a stone that he thought might have been ogham, perhaps reading 'AMARE', which was missing on a later visit (Westropp 1914-16, 219). From the illustration it is probably a plough-marked stone.
