The National Monuments Service's description
Archaeological testing (03E1743) outside the ecclesiastical enclosure (WA031-045001-) at SE recorded a kiln as a channel (L 1.8m; Wth 0.5m) lined with stones set on edge within an area of burnt clay and associated with a struck flint nodule. (Purcell 2003, 33)
