An isolated house or cabbin is depicted on a Bateman map of 1717 (NLI: ms. 6148, 20) in the south, central part of Loughnasollis Upper. It is not marked on a Scalé map (NLI: ms. 7218, 4) dated 1774, and it remains unlocated.
