The National Monuments Service's description
This fireplace lintel or window head (L 1.48m; H 0.38m) with an eliptical arch has the date 1627 and the initials BC and BL carved in false relief on one face. Found on farmland, it is now incorporated into an outhouse doorway. (McGrath 1976)
