The National Monuments Service's description

In the Civil Survey of 1654-6 the manor of Templeyvrick, together with its fishing, Royalties and the benefit of an annual court is recorded as a possession of James Butler, Earl of Ormond, in 1641 (Simington 1942, 118). It remains unlocated, but is likely to be in the vicinity of the medieval church (WA024-070----) and settlement (WA024-093001-) .
