The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a slight rise at the S base of Carrigmoorna Hill. The oval enclosure (WA023-030001-) together with the bullaun stone (WA023-030002-) could indicate the site of an early church (Power 1952, 156), but there are no historical associations and no other physical indicators.
