Situated on a level landscape. Traditionally this is the birthplace of St Declan (O'Brien 1895) and is reputed to have beeen used as a children's burial ground (Buckley 1896). The foundations of a rectangular structure (dims. 6.8m E-W; 4.9m N-S) are within a small, overgrown rectangular enclosure (dims. c. 25m N-S; c. 20m E-W) with only one memorial.
