The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on a slight SE-NW spur with the headwaters of a SE-NW stream c. 100m to the SW. This is a dished, circular grass-covered area (diam. 17.6m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (max. ext. H 0.6m). It is badly eroded with the bank destroyed at NE (max. ext. dims. 21.4m E-W; 19.2m N-S). A ring-barrow (WA013-005----) is c. 70m to the NW.
