The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on a SW-facing slope. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims. 36.5m E-W; 34m N-S) defined by an earthen bank with stone-facing (Wth 4m; int. H 1m; ext. H 1.2m), which is incorporated into a field bank N-E and reduced to a scarp (H 1.7m) elsewhere (downslope). There is no visible fosse or entrance.
