The National Monuments Service's description
Archaeological testing (04E0551) by Niall Gregory at Grubb's Lane produced disturbed burial deposits, which would undoubtedly have come from St. Catherine's Abbey (WA009-005029-) which was in the vicinity and may have been c. 100m to the ESE. (Gregory 2007).
