The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on the S bank of the W-E River Suir with the stream c. 60m to the N. The parish church of Dysert (WA003-001001-) is within a rectangular graveyard (dims. c. 50m E-W; c. 45m N-S) defined with masonry walls with an annexe (dims. c. 28m E-W; c. 24m N-S) at the NW. Two graveslabs (WA003-001003-; WA003-001004-), a fragment of an octagonal font (WA003-001007-) and two armorial stones (WA003-001006-), probably 18th century in date, are in the graveyard. (Ryland 1824, 290-92; Martin 1874-5, 248-9; Power 1896b, 6-8)
