The National Monuments Service's description
According to the Civil Survey (1654-6) in 'Killvyneene' there 'stands a thatcht house with a chemny & an orchard with.out habitation' which in 1640 was under the proprietorship of 'Morrish Keatinge of Lochlochry Gent Piers Power and Joan his wife of Kilvyneene Gent: Irish Papists' (Simington 1931, vol. 1, 340). The house is unlocated within the townlands of Curraheen, Frehans and Kilmaneen.
