The National Monuments Service's description
At the edge of a stream which runs eastward and parallel to the River Tar, which it eventually joins. In low-lying terrain at the base of a ridge, in pasture. According to Power (1908, 20) this was the location of a holy well (TS088-040001-) and 'the cill (early church site)'. There is no visible trace of the church above ground and the precise location of the church in relation to the well is unknown.
