The National Monuments Service's description
On a very gentle N-facing slope in upland pasture, 4m ESE of a ringfort (TS088-036002-) and 2m SE of an enclosure (TS088-036004-). The monument is bisected by a townland boundary which consists of a wide stone wall (Wth 1m). The W half of the ringfort is well-preserved but the E half has been levelled and the outline survives as scarp (H 0.22m). An irregularly-shaped ringfort (diam. 29.3m N-S; c. 32m E-W), the bank in the SW sector is straight-sided. The W half is enclosed by a gravelly clay bank (Wth 1.5m crest, 6m base; int. H 1.16m; ext. H 1.9m). A gap in the bank in the N and S quadrants adjacent to the townland boundary appear to be later, providing access to the fields beyond. At the external base of the bank in the W quadrant there is a wide ditch dividing this monument and the adjacent ringfort (TS088-036002-), however, this appears to be the result of small scale quarrying.
