The National Monuments Service's description
On a gradual N-facing slope, off the crest of a flat-topped E-W ridge, in tillage. There is a large steep-sided quarry c. 100m to the NW. Monument identified as a circular cropmark on an aerial photograph (ASIAP (29) 7-9, 3-8-96), with a possible entrance in the E quadrant. There is no visible trace of the enclosure above ground.
