The National Monuments Service's description

In gently undulating terrain, sloping gradually to S, in lush meadow. Enclosure depicted on the 1st (1840) 6-inch OS map as an irregular 5-sided enclosure and as an oval enclosure on the 1907 6-inch OS map, with stream forming the W side. The monument has been levelled but survives as a raised, roughly semi-circular raised area (diam. 40m N-S; 20m E-W; ext. H c. 0.5-0.6m). A field boundary with deep ditch runs N-S along the W side of the enclosure.
