The National Monuments Service's description
In South Tipperary County Museum. A sandstone capital (H 0.21; Wth 0.29m), dating from the latter half of the 13th century, from the medieval church at Baptistgrange (TS077-008001-), where it formed part of the chancel arch (TSCM files). It is decorated with stiff leaf foliage, consisting of trefoil leaves emerging from two stems, one on each side of the central stem (ibid.). Another sandstone capital (TS083-019102-) from the chancel arch is also stored in South Tipperary County Museum.
