The National Monuments Service's description

In the interior of the church at Patrickswell (TS083-004001-), concreted into the base of the E gable are a series of architectural fragments including a apex of coping of roof surmounted by a square receptical with circular depression. It is situated immediately S of TS083-004008- between the N wall of the church and the E window.
