The National Monuments Service's description
On a natural platform on an E-facing slope in undulating terrain, with a natural fall to the S. A circular enclosure (diam. 27.5m N-S; 28.7m E-W) enclosed by a broad bank (Wth 2.1m top; 5.5m base; H above int. 0.26m; H above fosse 0.34m) and shallow fosse (Wth 3.2m; D 0.24m). The enclosure appears to have been partially levelled giving the bank a flattened appearance and the bank is more denuded in the W sector. There is an entrance in the NNW (Wth 4.2m). A line of beech trees run roughly N-S immediately W of the possible ringfort and a driveway has been built W of and parallel to the beech trees.
