The National Monuments Service's description

On a gentle W-facing slope of ridge, in rolling pasture. Loughlohery medieval church (TS082-003----) is roughly centrally placed within a fairly rectangular graveyard (dims. 27m N-S; 50m E-W). The graveyard has a very manicured appearance with very few headstones. The stone wall around the graveyard has been crudely pointed in places. Headstones date to the late 18th and early 19h centuries, the earliest visible dates to 1790.
