The National Monuments Service's description

On the summit of a natural ridge (running E-W) which slopes slightly to S, in gently rolling pastureland. According to Power (1908, 73) a holy well (TS081-030002-), no longer visible, was situated close to the church. The church is mentioned by Power (ibid.) as being situated 'in a field adjoining the road on its western side'. The landowners were aware of the tradition of a church at this location. The church is described as 'site of' on the 1st ed OS 6-inch map, with a small circular area outlined by a dashed line. There is no visible trace of this church above ground level.
