The National Monuments Service's description
On flat, level ground in gently undulating terrain in small river valley. Stream, which has been channelised, flows immediately E of monument. Area under tillage. Another enclosure (TS075-021003-) may have been visible to c. 200m to W. Enclosure identified as a circular cropmark on aerial photograph (GSI 16-4-1974, S. 632/3). There is no visibe trace at ground level.
