The National Monuments Service's description

Within the enclosed area of the holy well at Toureen Peakaun (TS075-023005-), 2m S of the well there is a sandstone bullaun stone with quartz pebble inclusions (dims. H 0.58m; Wth 0.5m; T 0.37m). The stone has been set on edge as it contains two circular depressions, on opposing faces. That on the E face is 0.29m x 0.3m; D 0.12m. That on the W face is 0.29m x 0.25m; D 0.07m. This stone was apparently brought to this location c. 1990 for safekeeping, from Ballydrehid townland which is the adjacent townland to the E.
