The National Monuments Service's description
On a natural hill surrounded by wet, marshy terrain. A medieval church (TS073-009001-) is centrally placed within a long rectangular graveyard (dims. 45m N-S; 80m E-W). A holy well (TS073-009002-) is located in the SE angle of the graveyard.
