The National Monuments Service's description

Incorporated in a wall running along the S side of the road in The Valley, Fethard, on the W-facing wall of a funnel entrance. Portion of the head of a two-light ogee-headed window with cusped spandrels (dims. 0.57m x 0.37m). The fragment is likely to have come from a medieval building in Fethard.
