The National Monuments Service's description

In the graveyard (TS070-040044-) of the Augustinian abbey (TS070-040004-), under an arch in the E wall of the N transept. This is the uppermost of three graveslabs (facing E TS070-040057-; facing W TS070-040059-) which have been positioned to take the form of a chest tomb. The slab (L 2.13m; Wth 0.69m; T 0.21m) has a chamfer (Wth 0.05m) around all edges. It is decorated with a seven-armed segmental cross carved in relief with three cross-bands at the base of the cross-head and a single cross-band at the base of the cross-shaft surmounting the pillar-form base. There is no inscription or date visible in the well defined border.
