The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on sharp W-facing slope. Enclosure had been levelled by 1982 (Cahill) but is visible as a sub-oval area (dims. 26m N-S; 30m E-W) defined by levelled scarp (Wth 5.2m; H 0.75m) to S and W. Truncated by field boundary (long-axis ENE-WSW) to N. Scarp to E possibly pushed outwards to in-fill fosse along this arc. External fosse (Wth 8.2m; D 0.1m) to S. Interior slopes down to W with prevalent slope and is incorporated into rest of field as pasture. Ringfort (TS070-019----) located 180m to NNW. Spring c. 28m to S.
