The National Monuments Service's description

On land generally sloping to the N, with Scibereen Stream flowing roughly E-W c. 250m to the N, in pasture. There is an active quarry to c. 500m to the N and another c. 500m to the E. A roughly circular enclosure (diam. c. 40m) visible on satellite imagery (Google Earth satellite imagery, 20 January 2020), identified and reported by Jean-Charles Caillère. There is an enclosure (TS068-051----) located c. 150m to the NE in a small forestry plantation.
