The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on a gentle E-facing slope. Sub-circular area (dims. 51m N-S; 53m E-W) defined by low earthen bank (Wth 8.6m; int. H 0.35m; ext. H 1.55m) which is reduced to a scarp (Wth 4m; H 1.5m) at W-NW. Bank/scarp appears linear along W-side and is badly eroded by cattle on exterior all around. Causewayed entrance (Wth 4.3m) at E. External fosse (Wth 8.15m; D 0.6m) visible NW-WSW. Large depression in fosse at ENE may indicate quarrying activities. Interior in pasture and tends downslope to E. Enclosure (TS068-066001-) and earthworks (TS068-066002-) c. 200m to SE.
