The National Monuments Service's description

In a farmyard under concrete and grass. In 1957 a number of skeletons were uncovered during the laying of a foundation for a bungalow. The National Museum of Ireland investigated and identified c. 20 burials. The burials were orientated E-W, each within a separate pit and undisturbed by successive burial. There were no finds associated with the burials. According to the landowner the archaeologist indicated that burials may continue towards road and possibly into the next field to S. The bungalow subsequently moved to its present location due W. There is no visible trace of a burial ground above present ground level.
