The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, at a spot height of 306ft. Excellent views all around. Oval area (dims. c. 32m N-S; c. 38m E-W) defined by a levelled scarp (H c. 0.5m; Wth c. 5m) E-S-W and very low profile on northern side of monument. Interior slopes gently downwards to SW. Group of four mature beech trees c. 20m to E.
