The National Monuments Service's description

In undulating pasture. Identified during a field inspection of an enclosure (TS066-140----), within which the house is located on the edge of a scarp at E. A rectangular area (dims. 9m N-S; 5.5m E-W) defined by a low earthen bank (Wth 1.25m; int. H 0.15m; ext. H 0.25m) at S (L 3m), W (L 9m) and N (L 5.2m). The E side has a gentle curve respecting the scarp of the main enclosure. There is an entrance (Wth 3m) at the W. The interior slopes gently to the S with water collecting in a small depression at the S.
