The National Monuments Service's description
In rear garden of Mooresfort House to SW of courtyard. Roughly circular area (dims. 20m NE-SW; 21m NW-SE) defined by gentle scarp (Wth 9.6m; H 1.9m) all around. Interior higher in centre and falling gently on all sides to the scarp. Scarp (Wth 9.5m; H 1.3m) least defined at SSE where uniform slope of interior falls evenly to exterior.
